The Bacchus Pub has been a Bozeman landmark and gathering place since the Baxter Hotel’s inception in 1926. The pub has all the charm and atmosphere of their European counterparts with an interior architecture that has changed little since it was first built. Their full bar is complemented by a great menu featuring traditional pub fare like Sheppard’s Pie, Welsh Rarebit, Bangers and Mash, and Irish Stew. And where else will you find Irish Cream Cheesecake? There’s also classic American fare like pizza, burgers and salads. All the menu items are priced reasonably and handmade from fresh ingredients. Live local musicians performing weekly complement the rustic ambiance. Food is served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The bar is open to the wee hours.
