Apple walnut-stuffed pork chops with honey balsamic glaze, Lasagna Verdi Al Forno, and baseball-cut sirloin so tender you can cut it with a fork. These are just some of the specialties of owner/chef Scott Redstone. Here, all Italian dishes are authentically made with imported Italian tomatoes. Their beef is hormone-free, dry-aged and hand cut for each order. Their soups are handmade and the Durum is known for their half-pound specialty burger. Unique sauces, toppings and ingredients complement the handmade pastas. The atmosphere is relaxed elegance with Sinatra-type background music. Scott, a graduate of the Colorado Culinary Art Institute has worked in fine restaurants throughout the Rocky Mountain area and strives to deliver to Northeast Montana unique cuisine normally found only in large urban areas. He clearly accomplishes that goal daily.
