Located at the south stop light on Highway 93 in Ronan

On Highway 93 in Ronan, you’ll find professionally trained associates who will provide extraordinary expertise to clients interested in buying homes throughout the Mission Valley.

Janette Rosman, Owner/Broker/Realtor, started Rosman Realty in January 2001.  Janette has been selling property in the Mission Valley since 1994.  In July 2003, Curt Rosman, Owner/Broker, joined his wife at Rosman Realty and in 2004 they joined the Windermere team.  Windermere’s network stretches throughout the West, representing a large selection of homes.  Since it’s creation, the company has developed a reputation for its unparalleled expertise, an expansive network of agents and pioneering marketing strategies.

The people at Windermere believe in returning something to their communities.  One way is through the Windermere Foundation, established as a non-profit organization in 1989.  Each transaction contributes money to the foundation.  Since 1989, millions of dollars have been contributed to assist in the fight against homelessness.  Windermere and its associates also are involved in an annual community project every year.  Last year, in June 2005, the Ronan office served at Fort Connah, a Hudson’s Bay trading post from 1846 to 1871, for yard cleanup.

An exceptional program for exceptional properties, the Premier Properties program was created to recognize your special desires and use their resources to your advantage.  Each associate has access to the Premier program’s proven strategies to market your home across the country.

Curt is a civil engineer, previously employed by the State of Montana and more recently the U.S. Forest Service.  Janette and Curt come from farming families and have been hard workers all their lives.  They are active in Faith Lutheran Church and Janette is a member of the Folkshop Board of Directors.  Curt is on the board of the Saunders/Lake County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a fraternal benefit society that supports community volunteers. Janette and Curt have three children.  Karl, also a civil engineer, lives in Seattle with his wife Val and son Kai.  Karin, an aspiring author, lives in Seattle with husband Alan and son Magnus.  Kristen, an accountant for KREM TV, lives in Spokane with husband Ross.

Janette and Curt have two independent contractors in the Ronan office.  Donna Houle, Realtor/Sales Associate, moved to Montana over four years ago from South Carolina and now lives in Polson with her husband Tom, who was in the Marine Corps and now is employed by Plum Creek.  They have three children.  Kate Campbell, who was born and raised in South Africa, came to Montana seven years ago and is currently a Realtor/Sales Associate in the Ronan Office.  Kate and husband Mike, who is a helicopter pilot, live in St. Ignatius.  Kate and Mike enjoy spending time with their 12 horses at their home.

Curt, Janette, Kate, and Donna believe that the Mission Valley is the greatest area for homes and experiences.  Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (or by appointment) you can visit them for “the gift of hope everyone deserves, a home to shelter their family, food on the table and shoes on their children’s feet, to know that someone cares every day.”
